Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient (OP) position located in Somerville, MA. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in a dynamic healthcare setting. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, adhering to clinical standards, and documenting care activities in compliance with facility protocols. Job Details:

• Location: Somerville, MA
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 11/30/2026
• End Date: 05/29/2027
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license; minimum 12 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy; no float rotation required; ability to work 8-hour shifts; reliable and professional work ethic
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient therapy experience; familiarity with documentation standards in outpatient settings
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to complete documentation directly with the organization prior to being cleared for assignment. Those with prior employment history at the organization within the last year should be redirected as they are not eligible to rehire until separated for a minimum of one year. Candidates with previous travel or permanent/PRN work history more than one year prior may consult with the designated contact for eligibility.
