Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in the outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care. The position requires a focus on functional recovery and patient education, supporting patients' return to community activities over a standard work schedule.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, beginning 10/05/2026 and ending 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable state license; successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization (if applicable); no prior experience requirement explicitly listed.
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely.
