Job Summary:
Inpatient Pharmacist position available in a hospital setting. This role involves providing medication management and patient care across all hospital service areas, including emergency, intensive care, and general inpatient units. The position requires flexibility in shift schedules, with rotating hours between early mornings and evenings, and participation in weekend and on-call rotations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating 10-hour shifts between 0600 and 2200 hours, with every other weekend work and one night on-call per week. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Colorado Pharmacist License, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with in-hospital medication systems such as Epic and Pyxis, knowledge of sterile preparation, patient review, medication protocols/dosing, and DTM rounding.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be friendly, flexible, and diligent team players. The hospital provides scrubs, orientation (general and department-specific), and expects clinicians to be in state for the week of orientation. Use of Epic for charting and Pyxis for medication dispensing is required. Urban location within 60 miles of the facility is necessary.
