Job Summary:
Pharmacist Inpatient (PHARM IP) in an inpatient acute care setting, located within a healthcare organization. This role involves verifying medication orders, answering provider questions, and checking medication pickups. The position requires organized professionals capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently on a rotating shift.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts from 2:00 PM to midnight, with a rotating schedule of one week on and one week off, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License, BLS (AHA) certification, at least 2 years of experience in inpatient pharmacy, and the ability to submit licensure documentation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Cerner medication dispensing system, familiarity with inpatient care settings such as ER, ICU, Surgery, Birth Center, and code blue responses.
• Additional Information: Local candidates must reside within 80 miles of the facility. All clinicians are required to clock in and out via the facility's charting system. Scrubs are available in the pharmacy locker room. The pharmacy operates with Cerner for charting and medication dispensing.
