Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care, located in a West Bridgewater, Massachusetts setting. The position starts on October 12, 2026, and concludes on January 9, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA); current licensure applicable to the state of Massachusetts; at least 2 years of experience in a SNF setting; ability to work with PointClickCare electronic medical record system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations; proficiency in documentation and patient care in skilled nursing environments.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsible for administering therapeutic interventions as prescribed by the supervising physical therapist, documenting patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
