Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective patient care. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient recovery and functional independence over a 13-week assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and adhering to all state and federal regulations. The role includes active participation in student programs, ongoing professional development, and compliance with professional licensure requirements. The therapist will contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintain a high standard of safety and ethical practice.
