Description
Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Home Health (OT HH) Remote/Field-based. This position involves providing occupational therapy services in a home health setting within a designated territory. The role requires delivering clinical care to geriatric patients and maintaining timely documentation and communication.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS certification, licensed in-hand, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license in hand, active drivers license, minimum of 1 year of experience, proficiency in HCHB, and preferred experience with OASIS for staff completing Start of Care in home health.
- Additional Information: Travel involves coverage within up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office, limited to Silver Bow County, with no travel across the continental divide. Timely documentation and communication are mandatory. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
- Submission Requirements: Applicants must have an active drivers license, personal transportation, and RTO (Requested Time Off) requests must be submitted at the time of application. On-call rotation may be required; discussion during interview is recommended.
