Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position available in a healthcare facility located in a region with a 60-mile radius. The role involves supporting cardiovascular procedures within an acute care setting, with a focus on maintaining high-quality patient care and adhering to unit-specific protocols. The position includes a comprehensive orientation and requires working days with optional call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 4x10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, with potential cases on Monday and Friday starting at 7:00 AM.
• Schedule: 38 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license for submission; Certifications include BLS (AHA), Certified Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist (ARRT - CV), and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI. A minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization procedures is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling STEMI cases independently, assisting in stress labs, and familiarity with EPIC charting system.
• Responsibilities: Support in cardiac catheterization procedures including LHC/RHC/PCI/Peripheral/PM/ICD, assist in stress lab, and provide patient care throughout interventions.
• Additional Information: The unit maintains a cancellation policy allowing up to 4 shifts to be canceled per 13-week assignment. Scrubs are provided, and attire must conform to department dress code. The team may operate in a stress lab environment and occasionally assist in the catheterization stress testing. The position involves responding to call within 30 minutes and working on weekends and holidays on a negotiable basis.
