Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Clinical Specialist in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care within the interventional radiology unit, supporting a variety of complex procedures, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. The position requires certification and experience in interventional radiology procedures, with an emphasis on collaborative patient care.
Job Details
- Position: Interventional Radiology Clinical Specialist (INTRA CL) for a healthcare facility.
- Certification and Education Requirements: ACLS, BLS certification; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license acceptable); at least 1 year of experience; skills in adrenal angiography, angioplasty, aortography, chemoembolization, embolization, ERCP, IVC filter placement and removal, liver biopsy, mesenteric angiogram, paracentesis, pelvic and renal angiography, stent placement, thoracentesis, vascular interventions, and related vascular procedures; experience with relevant charting systems; previous charge experience preferred.
- Additional Job Details: Willingness to work three or more of the major holidays is required. Flexibility in scheduling to meet unit needs, including working weekends and working up to every other weekend, is expected. Candidates should have experience with complex interventional procedures and be prepared to support interdisciplinary teams.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses regarding previous work at Providence facilities, and provide two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the past three years, prior to start date.
