Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized occupational therapy services to neonatal patients within the NICU setting, ensuring compliance with all required licensure and certification standards.

Job Details

• Certifications: OT licensure in the State of Texas, BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Education/Experience: 2 years of experience with concentration in NICU required, minimum of 2 years experience preferred
• Location Requirements: Greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Position Description: Start ASAP, no floating, no call, 48-hour block shifts, patient ratio - one OT and one ST in NICU, all patients on OT caseload are seen 3x5 times per week, 21 beds, EMR - MEDHOST
• Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services to neonatal patients, complying with licensure and safety standards, and documenting care appropriately.
