Job Details:

• Location: Covington, LA
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license, degree in Physical Therapy, minimum of 2 years of experience in SNF settings, Louisiana state licensure, and eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
