Description

Job Summary
MRI Technologist position in a Level 1 Trauma Center located in a busy healthcare facility. This role involves working overnight shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with responsibilities including operating Philips MRI scanners1.5 Tesla and 3 Tesla modelsand performing advanced imaging procedures. The technologist must demonstrate team-oriented, detail-focused proficiency and experience with trauma, ICU, neuro, spine, and body imaging protocols.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights shift, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: ARRT (MR), AMRT certification; 2+ years of experience; Philips Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) experience is a must; Level 1 Trauma Center experience is preferred; ability to work in ICU, neuro, spine, and body imaging including neuro brain, brain perfusion, abdomen, MRCP, kidney, pelvis, and MSK protocols.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with anesthesia, ICU patients, outpatients, and inpatient populations; effective communication skills; team-oriented mindset; reliability and flexibility to run protocols accurately as written.
Additional Information: The technologist may rotate between sites if not working the overnight position, helping to reduce inpatient and emergency room length of stay. The position involves self-initiated work and adherence to written protocols; scrubs of any color except hospital-issued scrubs are acceptable.
