Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) in Louisville, KY. This 13-week assignment offers an opportunity to work in a LTACH setting, providing inpatient therapeutic services. Job Details

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with a minimum of 0 years of experience. Certified in Protouch Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Preferred Qualifications: Acute care experience preferred.
Additional Information: The position is a replacement for permanent staff at a 100-bed LTACH facility. The assignment begins on 10/26/2026 and concludes on 01/25/2027. The facility is located approximately 1.5 miles from a major hospital. The work environment may require floating to other units as needed. The facility dress code includes navy scrubs, and parking is included with the building.
