Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) The organization is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient care within a skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves delivering rehabilitative services to patients based on physician referrals, following established protocols to promote recovery and improved functional outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license as a Physical Therapist, graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, minimum of 0 years of experience, located in the specified state, available to start on 09/28/2026 and work through 01/09/2027
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Additional Information: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver quality care. Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and adherence to facility protocols are essential.
