Description
Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist (RT) specializing in Respiratory Therapy is needed for a night shift position at a healthcare facility. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position requires flexibility to meet unit needs, with a focus on providing specialized respiratory care. Prior travel experience and a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license are essential, along with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Job Details
- Schedule: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, 3 shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RRT license on file at time of submission; minimum of 2 years of experience; prior travel experience; certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) preferred; no Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required.
- Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, and 11/16. Experience with NICU is preferred. Scrubs are gray. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; no on-call responsibility. The assignment begins on 11/09/2026 and ends on 02/06/2027. IVS to interview; manager to offer.
