Job Summary:
MRI Technologist, MRI This position is located at a healthcare organization in Maine. The MRI Technologist will be responsible for providing advanced imaging services using Philips MRI scanners, with a focus on Level 1 trauma, ICU, anesthesia, neuro, spine, brain, and body imaging. The role requires working daytime shifts with rotation, and candidates must demonstrate strong team collaboration and attention to detail to ensure quality patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (MR), AMRIT certifications; 2+ years of experience; Philips MRI experience (both 1.5T and 3T scanners); Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred; must be team-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro, spine, brain perfusion, and body imaging such as MRCP, kidney, pelvis, MSK; familiarity with ICU, anesthesia, and outpatient settings
• Additional Information: The position involves working across multiple sites with potential for float rotations if not working overnight. The MRI department has a recent vacancy rate of 38%, and flexibility to work at various locations is required to maintain outpatient access.
