Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Home Health in a home health environment. This role involves providing therapy services to patients with chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapy, pleurx, and wound vac management. The position requires excellent assessment and patient teaching skills to support patient recovery and well-being.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and proof of insurance, BLS certification, state licensure, charting experience with Homecare Homebase, minimum of 1 year of experience, and the specialty in Occupational Therapist Home Health
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves working within a home health setting, supporting patients with chronic conditions, wound management, IV therapy, and related assessments. A 5-day orientation is provided to support clinical integration. Scrub color is navy blue for nursing staff and grey for therapy personnel. Parking is free.
