Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Wylie, TX. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with schedules primarily during daytime hours. Job Details
- Position Description: Physical Therapist - Outpatient. Responsibilities include delivering outpatient physical therapy, completing documentation, and adhering to clinical protocols.
- Certifications and Education Requirements: Active license required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to start on 10/12/2026 and complete the assignment by 01/10/2027. Equipment will be provided during interviews. Dress code details will be given during the first day. Parking will be provided on the first day.
