Job Details

• Position: Xray Technologist Radiological Technology
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours daily, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a specialized training program in Radiological Technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); ARRT in Radiology certification; meets American Heart Association standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) with renewal every two years; no minimum years of experience required but at least one year of experience preferred performing radiological procedures in a hospital, clinic, or physician's office.
• Additional Information: Performs patient care and technical duties accurately and efficiently, including preparing and positioning patients, operating radiologic equipment, and ensuring safety standards are maintained. Demonstrates proper use of CR, Fluoro, DR rooms, PACS, and other imaging technology, along with proficiency in documenting procedures and patient information. Uses sterile techniques in operating rooms and other procedures, assists radiologists and fluoro technicians during examinations, and provides excellent customer service. Maintains a clean and safe work environment, adheres to radiation safety standards, and performs clerical support as needed.
• Certifications: ARRT in Radiology, Basic Life Support (BLS)
