Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Seattle, WA
This position involves providing skilled physical therapy services in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care to adults and geriatric populations within a facility that emphasizes interdisciplinary support and patient-centered treatment.
Job Details
- Certification: BLS certification is required
- Education & Experience: Must have at least 1 year of skilled SNF and/or LTC experience; experience requirement: 0 years; minimum of 1 year required
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Position Duration: Start date10/26/2026; End date01/25/2027
- Additional Requirements: Candidate is expected to have own transportation; primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster are required
- Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy interventions to adult and geriatric patients, adhering to treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in compliance with facility standards.
- Submission Instructions: Candidates must respond to the question regarding prior work at a Providence facility with location and dates. Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required during the compliance process and prior to start.
