Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in a healthcare facility setting. This role involves providing respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and levels of acuity, including Level 2 NICU. The position offers a rotating night shift schedule with call and weekend responsibilities, requiring experienced and highly skilled clinical expertise.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license, NBRC RRT certification, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), minimum of 5 years of RT experience, neonatal and pediatric experience including Level 2 NICU, completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program, and flu vaccination (mandatory October 1 through April 1).
Schedule: Work 3 12-hour night shifts per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The position involves providing respiratory care to cardiopulmonary patients of all age groups and acuity levels, including neonatal intensive care units. Candidates must have excellent critical care and ventilator skills along with neonatal and pediatric experience. The position demands adherence to agency requirements such as a radius rule of at least 75 miles from the facility and compliance with vaccination policies.
