Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organization is seeking a dedicated outpatient physical therapist to provide skilled therapy services at an outpatient orthopedics facility. The position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and guiding functional recovery to promote effective return to community activities.

Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Responsible for delegation and supervising discipline-specific therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and team members.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week from October 12, 2026, through January 11, 2027.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures care is delivered under signed physician orders and insurance authorization.
• Participates in student programs, fosters professional development, and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards, including licensure requirements and performance improvement processes.
• Demonstrates skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, patient safety, and professional conduct.
