Job Details

• Certifications/Education: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT). Experience requirement: 2 years of relevant experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, Days shift, 8 hours per day, with Hours guaranteed at 36 per week.
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Patient Volume: 8-15 patients per day
• Additional Information: No call or weekend coverage required. Contract duration is 13 weeks, with a start date of October 19, 2026, and end date of January 16, 2027.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience is preferred, with a required minimum of 0 years.
