Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) at a healthcare facility in West Washington, with scheduled shifts during daytime hours.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Active licensure as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year of relevant outpatient experience.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The provider will need to complete some documentation directly with ATI outside of the staffing company's clearance process before starting the assignment. Candidates with recent or past work history with ATI should be evaluated for eligibility accordingly.
• Submission Requirements: Qualified candidates must meet the certification and experience standards provided.
