Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located at the organizations outpatient facility. This position involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to promote effective return to community activities. Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR Certification, working in an outpatient setting, and 0+ years of experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting in medical records, and ensuring care aligns with physician orders and insurance authorizations.
• Participates in student supervision and development of a professional growth plan. Implements organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to regulatory and ethical standards set forth for the discipline.
• Demonstrates skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, patient safety, and safety in all aspects of care delivery.
• Actively seeks continuing education and professional development opportunities to meet organizational objectives.
