Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organization is seeking a dedicated outpatient physical therapist for an assignment starting October 12, 2026. The role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatients, ensuring safe and effective recovery, and educating patients and their families.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; outpatient experience; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; experience with previous assignments highly desired; familiarity with Select Medical organization is a plus.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Position responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and documenting care in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies.
• Participate in student programs, provide mentorship, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, maintain licensure, and follow quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrates behavioral attributes such as professionalism, safety consciousness, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
