Job Details

Position Description: Ambulatory Care clinical pharmacist responsible for seeing approximately 16 patients daily as a mid-level provider, with responsibilities split between two primary care clinics.
Certifications and Education Requirements: BCACP board certification and PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency required.
Schedule: Dayshift, weekdays only, shift duration of 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Start Date: 10/12/2026
End Date: 12/26/2026
Required Qualifications: Currently licensed pharmacist with BCACP certification, PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency completion, and at least 1 year of experience in outpatient pharmacy settings.
