Job Details

Certifications and Education: Bachelor of Science in Dietetics & Nutrition; 2+ years of experience; must have Cerner experience.
Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Position Requirements: Managing patients with nutritional needs related to wounds, diabetes, chronic pulmonary disease, and other chronic conditions; experience in IRF and med-surg settings preferred; team player, adaptable, flexible.
Additional Information: The role involves working with adult and geriatric rehabilitation patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Scrub color: Navy Blue. Arrival time: 8:30 AM.
