Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) A healthcare provider in a home care setting. This position involves providing patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of care within the home environment. The role supports the organizations mission to deliver high-quality, personalized care focused on patient and family needs.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program; State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist; current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers; minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting; valid drivers license and vehicle available for work; schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: The position is a contractor replacement supporting MaineHealth Care at Home. The role requires interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members, and involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, and evaluating patient care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
