Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) This outpatient position is located in an outpatient setting. The role entails providing patient care based on clinical knowledge and established treatment plans. Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist with experience providing patient care in outpatient settings.
• Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy; valid state license in Physical Therapy or eligibility to test within 60 days; CPR certification within 90 days of hire; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient therapy experience, proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, strong documentation skills.
• Additional Information: The role requires successful completion of orientation hours, submission of the last four digits of SSN, confirmation of active state licensure, and understanding of the organizations drug-free policy. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to evaluate patients physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, and coordinate with team members.
