Job Summary

Job Details

• Certification: BLS (AHA) required.
• Education Requirements: ARRT certification in MRI required.
• Experience: 2 years of MRI experience. The candidate must have experience with either GE or Philips MRI scanners.
• Location Requirements: Must be able to work in Reno, NV.
• Schedule: 3x12's rotating shifts, varied days and hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Call Requirements: Call is required, including potential work during major holidays and additional shifts as needed.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to different departments up to their competency level. This position may include working weekends, holidays, and some call shifts; schedule varies based on department needs. The incumbent will perform other job duties related to radiology as needed, including after-hours standby and callback time. The position involves making technical decisions to optimize MRI image quality and requires proficiency with various MRI equipment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MRI procedures and safety protocols, with prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment.
