Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP) Located in Reno, NV. This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services across various patient populations, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, within a Level II Trauma Center. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes under clinical supervision.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Physical Therapy license; BLS/CPR certification per American Heart Association standards required; minimum two-year clinical experience in the respective department required.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
• Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic evaluations, develop customized plans of care, and deliver physical therapy interventions for diverse patient groups. Supervise staff physical therapy assistants and rehab technicians. Participate in program development and outcome measurement in the clinical setting.
• Additional Information: The position involves potential float to various facility settings based on census and business needs. Per diem staff must work at least one major and one minor holiday annually.
