Job Summary
Radiation Therapist in the Radiation Therapy specialty is sought for a 13-week assignment at a healthcare facility. This position involves supporting the Radiation Oncology department, with responsibilities including patient setup, treatment delivery, and clinical assessments, ensuring adherence to prescribed radiation treatments.

Job Details

• Position Description: Radiotherapy Technologist responsible for properly setting up and aligning patients using various imaging techniques to deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed. Performs patient assessments during direct interaction and makes appropriate referrals to health care team members. Prepares for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room setup, calculations, electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) check, and management of the treatment calendar, including programming port films. Responsible for patient setup and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning, working closely with team members. Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ is preferred.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT and CA RTT license, BLS certification, minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience, and at least 1 year of experience in the field.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• End Date: 01/04/2027
• Additional Information: Up to 36 hours of call off available at no cost during the assignment. Candidates must ensure their start date aligns with the facilitys requested schedule; submissions more than 2 weeks after the requested start date will be declined.
