Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in the western region. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with work scheduled during daytime hours. The position is available for a duration starting October 26, 2026, through April 25, 2027.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: valid certifications as a licensed physical therapist, with at least 1 year of experience preferred, in outpatient settings.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include delivering outpatient physical therapy treatments, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and documenting progress.
- Submission Requirements: candidates must submit their current license, certifications, and verification of experience.
