Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Aspirus Ironwood Hospital, Ironwood, MI. This outpatient position involves evaluating, treating, and planning patient care across a diverse population, including pediatrics through geriatrics. The role requires working with orthopedic and neurological patient cases, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of Physical Therapy standards and documentation practices.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, licensure required for the State of Michigan, Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, and licensure for Michigan State. No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30/8 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays working until 40 hours.
• Additional Information: Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Documents in Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Responsible for managing a patient population that includes outpatient and inpatient cases across the lifespan. During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccinations is required to wear a mask at all times as per organizational policy.
