Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Located in the outpatient setting, this role involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to facilitate functional recovery and return to community activities. The position requires a focus on patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to professional standards.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification required
• Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School required
• Location Requirements: Not specified
• Experience Requirements: 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience required
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans, ensuring clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness, and participating in patient and student education.
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing, complies with all regulatory agencies, and pursues ongoing professional development.
• Promotes safety in all clinical practices following organizational standards and safety policies.
