Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred; CPR certification required; 6 months of additional experience highly desired; Start date: 10/12/2026; End date: 01/11/2027; Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directions.
• Documents medical records in a clear, accurate, and timely manner, including goal setting, functional assessments, and required compliance documentation.
• Ensures care is provided under physician orders and within insurance approval parameters.
• Participates in student education and provides a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision.
• Actively pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Adheres to state practice acts, maintains professional licensure, and complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrates proficiency in safety practices related to patient handling, infectious disease control, and overall safe work environment.
• Follows clinic policies regarding appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
• Demonstrates awareness of quality improvement initiatives and offers feedback to optimize performance outcomes.
