Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in an outpatient setting, this role involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to support their recovery and functional return to community activities. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services for assigned patients. Focuses on creating functional treatment programs aimed at optimal recovery.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; Location in an outpatient setting; 0 years of experience minimum.
• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops and executes treatment plans, documents clinical information accurately and timely, and follows all safety and organizational policies. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains licensure and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates expertise in clinical reasoning, safety awareness, and adherence to professional standards.
