Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Technologist Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing specialized radiological imaging and interventional procedures within a clinical setting. The position requires prior trauma level I experience and involves day shifts with the possibility of weekends. The candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of procedures such as angiograms, lumbar punctures, and neuro endovascular interventions, utilizing Cerner electronic medical records.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  The role involves working in multiple IR suites, including general IR, spine IR, and neuro endo suites. Candidate responsibilities include supporting procedures such as GI/GJ tubes, ports, angiograms, lumbar punctures, nephrostomy tubes, stent placements, IVC filters, and blood patches. Neuro experience with endovascular procedures, embolizations, stents, and stroke treatment is preferred but not required. Scrub experience is preferred.
• Certifications and Education Requirements:
  ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), Arizona license MRTBE-CRT, VI certificate (preferred but not required), BLS Certification, minimum 2 years radiologic technologist experience, willingness to wait for license verification.
• Schedule:
  Day shifts, 8 to 10 hours, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  Candidates should be familiar with Cerner EMR, participate in surgical prepping, and support neuro and other interventional procedures.
• Submission Requirements:
  Candidates must be licensed, willing to wait for verification, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
