Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and delivering therapy services aimed at helping patients regain functional independence. The role emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, creates and adjusts treatment plans according to patient needs, physician guidance, and established goals. Delegates therapy services to discipline-specific professionals and designs functional programs for effective community reintegration.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable state license; availability to work days, 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the organization or agency is highly desired and considered a nice to have.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, maintains accurate documentation, participates in student training, pursues continuing education, and complies with state practice acts and organizational policies. Demonstrates safety awareness and clinical competency, promoting a safe environment for patients and staff.
