Job Details

• Position Description: Candidates will be working in a home health setting within the greater Sacramento county area, with an expected patient load of approximately 5-6 patients per day during a 40-hour workweek. The assignment is from October 13, 2026, to January 26, 2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certification: BLS (AHA); Education Requirements: None specified; Experience: 2 years minimum; Location Requirements: Sacramento County area; Years of Experience: 2 years;
• Schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: New graduates in Physical Therapy Assistant are considered in rare cases only; candidates must be willing to treat various diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Mileage reimbursement is available with prior approval at the GSA rate. The facility allows cancellation of up to four shifts during the 13-week assignment.
