• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position involves performing approximately four visits per day, incorporating evaluations and revisits. Coverage includes north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland in Yolo County. Mileage reimbursement is available at the GSA rate with prior approval. The role may require a current Drivers License and proof of automobile insurance. Charting is conducted using the Cerner system.
