Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid registration/license to practice as a Physical Therapist, at least 2 years of experience in a similar SNF setting, and eligibility to work in California.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week from 10/19/2026 to 12/26/2026.
• Responsibilities include administering physical therapy treatments, assessing patient progress, and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must be able to start as soon as possible and adhere to the cancelation notice of 14 days.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
