Job Details

• Position Description: Physical Therapy Assistant at Lafayette, IN. The role entails completing some documentation directly with the organization outside of AMNs clearance packet before being cleared to start. Candidates must begin with a compact license but are required to obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Required Qualifications: Active license, minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, and at least 1 year of prior work in a relevant setting.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The assignment starts on 11/02/2026 and ends on 01/31/2027. Equipment needed for the role will be provided during the interview, and parking will be available on the first day. Dress code details will also be provided on the first day.
