Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient (SLP IP) located in a rural healthcare setting. This role involves providing inpatient and outpatient speech therapy services within a 25-bed critical access hospital and outpatient department. The position offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patient ages and diagnoses, primarily in outpatient care with occasional inpatient duties.

Job Details

• Position Description: Unit notes include general rural practice with inpatient and outpatient services, including procedures utilizing electronic documentation systems such as Epic. General therapy equipment is required.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification (AHA); Minnesota licensure; IA licensure considered a bonus; willing to wait for license submission; 1 year of experience required.
• Schedule: Day shifts, with options for no nights or weekends; 36 hours per week; shifts are 8 or 12 hours.
• Additional Information: The unit may require float to adjacent clinics; orientation includes department-specific training and documentation procedures.
• Submission Requirements: Willing to wait for license submission; document training; read hospital and department orientation materials.
