Job Summary
Polysomnographer POLY Located in the area, this role involves conducting sleep studies for patients aged 5 and up within a sleep lab setting. The position offers an opportunity to work independently, utilizing specialized equipment and adhering to clinical protocols to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details

  • Certifications, Education, Degree, and Experience Requirements: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification, BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA), at least 2 years of sleep technician experience, and ability to perform studies on patients aged 5 and up.
  • Schedule: Rotating 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: Comfortable working independently, proficient in using EPIC and Natus Sleepworks for documentation, equipped to manage a 4-bed sleep lab, and able to obtain MN state registration and Net Study certification prior to start.
  • Responsibilities include performing sleep studies, operating equipment, and documenting findings accurately following clinical standards.
  • Additional Information: Orientation lasts 3 nights, with potential to start working sooner if not needed. No call requirements. Floating to other units/departments may occur.
  • Submission Requirements: Proof of MN registration is required and must be uploaded behind the license.
