Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Located in the healthcare setting, this role involves delivering respiratory therapy services to adult and pediatric patients in emergency, intensive care, and hospital ward environments. The position requires confidence in adult critical care, ventilator management, and performing procedures such as arterial blood gases and EKGs.

Job Details

• Certifications and Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) verification; minimum of 1 year of experience; location requirements; and ability to work 12-hour night shifts, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with at least 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Managing ventilator settings, assisting in intubations, performing ABGs, EKGs, and general respiratory therapy tasks across ER, ICU, CVICU, and hospital wards.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday coverage required. The primary work location is the West Campus, with potential to work at the East Campus as needed.
• Additional Information: Float rotation may be required. Working at both campuses necessitates flexibility. No solo shifts, and team collaboration is integral.
• Certifications for Submission: Valid license to submit.
