Job Details

• Position Description: Assist radiologists during interventional procedures, ensuring smooth coordination of cases, post-procedure film processing, charting, and billing. Work involves types of procedures that may include angiography and ultrasound, utilizing equipment such as Electronic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Sectra Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), Toshiba Interventional Radiology (IR) Machines, and Siemens Ultrasound Units.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT (Radiologic Technology), BLS Certification; Licensure with North Dakota Medical Imaging Board (NDMIRT); Minimum of 3 years of interventional radiology technologist experience; Ability to work independently and in team settings; Experience with Electronic EMR (preferred).
• Schedule: 8-hour days, with the possibility of finishing cases if started late. Call rotation approximately 10 days or less per month, roughly 2 days a week or less depending on time off schedules.
• Additional Information: The role involves working primarily in interventional radiology, with floating to other departments such as CT (Computed Tomography) to assist with procedures. There are two fluoroscopy rooms and ultrasound rooms, and employees are expected to badge in and out at the facility. The dress code is hospital-provided scrubs. Orientation includes general equipment and protocol review, and the unit follows a cancellation policy allowing client cancellations up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.
