Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization (CCL) Technologist Location: Not specified. This role involves performing diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab. The ideal candidate will have experience in both catheterization and angiography, with scrub experience preferred, supporting complex cardiac interventions and utilizing advanced equipment in a teaching, Level I trauma healthcare facility.

Job Details

• Position involves working in a high-volume, five-room cardiac catheterization lab equipped with Philips Azurion systems, supporting complex procedures such as OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, drug-coated balloons, CTO techniques, and Impella device insertions.
• Prepares all equipment, maintains sterile techniques, and assists in procedures involving penetration of the arterial or venous system, pericardiocentesis, and other complex cardiac interventions.
• Certification requirements include BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, and Oregon state license (OBMI).
• Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with call approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks.
• Experience requirement: 0 years.
• Candidates must complete compliance documentation before the start date.
• Epic charting system experience is required for all RN submissions; Epic test-out must be completed by RNs.
• Submittals must include one professional reference from within the last year, preferably from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager, and must demonstrate compliance with licensing and background check requirements.
• No facility, hospital, or employer names are included; referenced generically as "the organization" or "the healthcare provider".
