Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient setting within a healthcare facility. This position involves performing physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The role includes treating patients of various age groups with modalities and exercises tailored to their medical needs, following approved treatment plans.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: BLS (AHA) certification; Oklahoma state license; 2 years outpatient and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience preferred; 0 years minimum experience required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role entails assisting in maintaining an organized department environment, completing all documentation of daily notes and discharge data, and treating patients across the lifespan, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Occasional Saturday work in inpatient rehab or acute care at the main hospital may be required. Recent traveler experience is preferred; candidates with work history in similar outpatient settings are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have the ability to provide quality care in accordance with medical needs and treatment plans.
